NIACINAMIDE (Vitamin B3): The active form of Vitamin B3. A skincare workhorse, and true cellular communicating ingredient. One of the most effective natural ingredients for tissue refinement it enhances the skin's ability to decongest and clear while also evening out skin tone, for a smooth complexion.

MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane) (Organic): An organic food-grade sulfur, which is found, and necessary, in all plants and tissues. Considered to be nature's beauty mineral due to its ability to enhance and keep the skin smooth, and youthful. It is a wonderful skincare additive as it has the ability to enhance the absorption of other ingredients, helping them absorb deeper into the tissues to give the skin the full benefits.

GREEN TEA EXTRACT: A rich source of antioxidants such as Vitamin C & E. It contains anti-oxidants actually 200 times more powerful than Vitamin E. Protects the skin from the damaging effect of free radicals. Green tea extract contains EGCG, an antioxidant that is beneficial for problematic skin.

SEA BUCKTHORN EXTRACT: A high natural source of Vitamins A, C, & E, carotenes, flavonoids, essential fatty acids, and phytosterols, which are all important for the maintenance of healthy skin. Also a rich source of Vitamins B1, B2, K, and P, as well as more than two dozen microelements and a free radical scavenger. Studies show that sea buckthorn extract is efficient in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and that is why it is used in high-quality facial products. It has components that can absorb UV rays.

DL-PANTHENOL VITAMIN B5: Has strengthening properties, helps increase skin barrier function helping to prevent damage from UV rays. Has good moisturizing and softening properties

ALLANTOIN: Produces its desirable effects by promoting healthy skin. Derived from comfrey and helps to promote and maintain the health of the skin. Well known for its excellent moisturizing and soothing effects. And when mixed with Vitamin B5 packs a powerful punch.

ALOE VERA: (Organic) From the gel is moisturizing, encourages good circulation and rejuvenates aging skin. Full of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, polysaccharides, and biological stimulators. It is rich in natural moisture and has a humectant quality that draws additional moisture to the skin. SODIUM LACTATE: Is one of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) constituent of skin, required in the maintenance of natural hydration. I have roseacea and I live in a cold climate. I like all the other products from this shop, so I am optimistic about this face cream. It looks nice and thick and it smells very lightly of herbs. I hope it calms and moisturizes my skin. :)

This is the only moisturizer I will ever use, Sonya’s products are amazing! Between the deep pore facewash and this moisturizer my pores are basically nonexistent and my adult acne has basically gone away! My skin is so clear and so soft. This moisturizer is light and not greasy, it makes my skin look and feel so healthy. Love this cream!! I had a bad case eczema on my face and tried for weeks with ointments and steroid creams to get rid of it. This is my second jar! The perfect moisturizer (with sun protection) for oily or acne-prone skin. I am a huge fan of Niaminicide and using this twice a day has balanced the oiliness of my skin. I am on 5% retinol and, with two drops of calendula oil, this is helping to heal my face after the retinol purge. It is one of the best moisturizers I have ever used!

Smooth consistency, nice smell. Strong, was a bit much for my skin with regular use so I dialed back to occasional application.

I bought a sample of this, and after using it one night came back to buy the larger size. I have very oily, breakout-prone skin and am working my way up through strengths of retinol to calm my face down. This is the perfect pairing, as it helps to control the oiliness (less blackheads and whiteheads) and helps to heal acne that has already formed. It is a great moisturizer, the jar is a very generous amount (I tend to use too much, but it eventually sinks in!), and it has no scent. The combination of retinol and niacinamide are slowly working to clear my adult acne! I wish I had tried this cream sooner, but I am grateful to have found it! I own many of Sonya’s products and have consistently been impressed with all her formulations.

I use this every weekday as a primer under my makeup foundation as a butter smooth barrier to prevent irritation. I have very sensitive highly reactive acne prone skin.
