SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ORDERS
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped out the cheapest method. If you want faster delivery please choose the priority mail option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Automatically come with Shipping Insurance, Duties and Taxes paid within order and Full-Tracking.
If you would like to receive your order fast you have the option to pay for priority mail.
If you have not received your international order within 30 days please contact me ASAP via my contact page I will check into the issue and if it qualifies for a claim I will put in a claim. Please see more info below.
REFUND POLICY
My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I do not offer refunds on samples or lip balms. Please check out my sample section and try out my products in sample form first, to see if you and your skin like my products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at facenearth@gmail.com.
Undelivered Returned Orders If your order was sent back as undeliverable there will be a refund minus the cost of shipping it cost me to send out. Please double check that you have the correct address with your order.
Sale & Sample items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items, samples & lip balms cannot be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund on all orders that were shipped including free shipping orders.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
