SHIPPING

I now offer shipping insurance for your protection. 

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders that qualify for free shipping have the option to add shipping insurance in the shipping section, just click on the "Add SHIPPING INSURANCE".  All free shipping orders will be shipped out the cheapest method.  If you want faster delivery please choose the priority mail option.   

If you have not received your order within 20 days please contact me ASAP via my contact page and I will check into the issue and if it qualifies for a claim I will put in a claim.  Please see more info below.   

FIRST CLASS MAIL have the same option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Automatically come with shipping insurance and full-tracking :) International orders come with heavily discounted shipping rates for first class mail.  I use a great shipping company that offers me discounts that I pass on to you, you will also receive a shipping discount directly from me.  I also pay for the insurance.

If you would like to receive your order fast you have the option to pay for priority mail.

***SHIPPING INSURANCE COVERAGE***

Covers parcels and contents from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause while in transit. All parcels that are covered will be shipped in strict accordance with all regulations of the Carrier. 

Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Parcel to the correct destination address.

During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by insurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage.

War Exclusion, Atomic and Nuclear Exclusion:In no case shall this program cover loss damage or expense caused by:

  1. War, civil war, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, or civil strife arising from, or any hostile act by or against a belligerent power;

  2. Capture, seizure, arrest, restraint or detainment (piracy excepted), and the consequences of or any attempt of;

  3. Derelict mines, torpedoes, bombs, or other derelict weapons of war. In no case shall this program cover loss damage or expense arising from the use of any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission, fusion or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter.

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

  1. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim due to insufficient packing.

  2. Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered.

  3. In case of loss or damage to the covered parcel or freight the following must be completed:

If the shipment is sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or consolidators, complete claims must be submitted and received by the INSURANCE within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of the shipment date. If the claim is for loss the Insured must wait twenty (20) calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 40 calendar days (International shipments) before filing claim with INSURANCE.

20% Discount Code only applies APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses.  Any other addresses including residential addresses will be refunded and the orders cancelled.  Please respect that I only offer this code to APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.  

 

REFUND POLICY

Returns
My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  I do not offer refunds on samples.  Please check out my sample section and try out my products in sample form first, to see if you and your skin likes my products. There will be a 15% refund fee.  

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. And please contact me first to approve the return.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at facenearth@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or samples cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at facenearth@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund on all orders that were shipped including free shipping orders. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
